Do you have a store?

We only have an online store.

 

What if an item I received it broken or defective ?

Just send us the item in order to receive a new one or a replacement of equal or greater value. For details and conditions see our Return Policy.

 

What about the newsletter ?

No fees are associated with the newsletter. You receive by email all our promotions, specials and discounts reserved to our subscribers. You can unsubscribe at any time if you no longer wish to receive our emails.

 

What is the delivery time ?

The processing time is usually 24 hours, plus the regular delivery time of Canada Post, which may vary according to your region. No deliveries on holidays or during the weekend.
